Journal of Management Scholarship is a double masked peer reviewed, biannual, open access publication dedicated to publish significant and valuable research in the interlinked areas of business administration, management sciences, behavioural sciences and organizational psychology.
JMS is particularly interested to publish original research papers (Qualitative and Quantitative), review articles, professional reports, case studies, and book reviews. JMS also provides an opportunity for researchers and scholars to publish critical analysis of published research, commentaries, and taxonomies in the related areas. We appreciate positivist, constructivist, and pragmatist research methods. Preference will be given to the articles written by following the philosophical assumptions of science, strong theory, and recommended reporting standards.
