The Journal of Management Scholarship (e-ISSN 2948-4286) seeks to publish academic research that is tied to theory and could help management/business practitioners in their business, learning, and career development. The journal is interested to consider the articles making strong theoretical, pragmatic, and methodological contributions to the management/business scholarship.

Special Issues

The Journal of Management Scholarship welcomes proposals for special issues within the defined scope of the journal.

Scope

The Journal of Management Scholarship is a double masked peer reviewed, biannual, open access publication dedicated to publish significant and valuable research in the interlinked areas of business administration, management sciences, behavioural sciences, and organizational psychology.

Review Process

The journal applies double-blind peer review technique. All submissions will be initially assessed by the Editor to verify their alignment with the scope of the journal. Papers deemed suitable are then sent to two or more reviewers to assess the scientific quality. Reviewers are expected to submit reviews within 30 days. The outcome of review could be article acceptance with minor revision, major revision, or rejected.
